ATK704: Allen key 3mm

3mm allen (hexagon) key

  • Manufacturers: Various
  • Product ID: Various

Needed for the M5 part threaded bolt in the Spitfire flight stick. Any 3mm allen key is fine. IN practice you’re probably better getting a set as you also need a 5mm allen key.

ATK703: PH2 bit

PH1 Phillips head screwdriver bit

  • Manufacturers: Various
  • Product ID: Various

This is the perfect sized bit for M4 phillips head screws which are used so much in AuthentiKit designs. It is much easier to assemble things with the right bit as you can actually hold the screw with it. It is also easier to use this bit with the 3d printed mini screwdriver handle (in the downloads) than a full size screwdriver

The price of the bit in the Amazon link above is £4 but you’ll find them cheaper on eBay with a bit of searching, hence my lower price here.

ATK701: Orientation Magnet

A red/blue magnet for detecting the orientation of unmarked silver cube magnets

  • Manufacturer: Various
  • Product ID: Various

The neodymium cube magnets have a north south orientation and you need to put them in correctly or the MagHall component won’t give a correct reading. This magnet is not part of the control but part of your toolset and is used to test the orientation of the cube magnets.

It doesn’t have to be coloured red/blue as long as the North and South pole are clearly marked.
